Toddler Time Travel – 9 July

Toddler Time Travel is designed for children aged 6 months to 4 years. The sessions explore Wandsworth’s unique history from the time of hunter gathers to the present day through songs, stories, making, object handling and creative play.


Every Thursday: Drop in session 10am-12pm, lead songs and stories at 10.45.

Cost:  £5 for 1st child, £3 for siblings or additional children (siblings under 6 months     get in free).

Family Fun this summer with Wandsworth Museum

Join us as we use Wandsworth’s creative and inventive past as inspiration for family arts and crafts and games. Whether you have a go at a design challenge or create some amazing artwork, all sessions are free and open to the whole family.

We’ll be delivering workshops in lots of locations such as The Pump House Gallery in Battersea Park, Sprout Community Arts Centre, Garratt Park Children’s Centre, Battersea Arts Centre and borough libraries.

We’ll be joining in with Family Saturdays! In July, we’ll be exploring the Huguenots and hat-making with our fun, arty activities. In August, find out more about clocks and go home with some amazing creations!

This new workshop will take you on a journey to explore the history of gardens and growing in Battersea! Get stuck in with our creative and arty activities, all inspired by plants, flowers and gardens. Investigate the industries of this area

Calling all dads and male carers – come and have fun with your children! Come along to this monthly group, where Wandsworth Museum will be exploring the history of windmills with families! Get swept away with our creative activities and go home with some amazing arts and crafts.

Wandsworth Museum is taking over Messy Mornings today! We’ll be using lots of creative activities to explore the history of cars and motor-racing in Putney. Strap yourself in and fire up your engines with our fun family arts and crafts.
